The black Leopard is one of the most mythical creatures on the planet and many people believed they were completely made up of fiction.
Well, the ‘almost mythical creature’ was captured by British wildlife photographer Will Burrard-Lucas in Kenya.
This marks the first time in over 100 years that one of these have been seen or photographed.
The dark coat is the result of melanism, the opposite of albinism, and results in an excess of dark pigmentation in the skin.
The black leopard was confirmed as a juvenile female, travelling with a larger normally colored companion.
